Tattoo Artist Puts Pile of Poop on Girlfriend’s Back

Two trailer park residents in Dayton, Ohio are going to be battling this out in court over the next few months.
Tattoo artist, Ryan L. Fitzgerald was hit with a $100,000 lawsuit last week by his ex-girlfriend Rossie Brovent. She claims that her boyfriend was supposed to tattoo a scene from Narnia on her back but instead tattooed an image of a pile of excrement with flies buzzing around it.
Apparently Ryan found out that she had cheated with a long-time friend of his and this was his way of getting even. Originally Rossie tried to have Ryan charged with assault but it turns out this crafty tattoo artist got her to sign a consent form prior to the tattoo and it said that the design was ‘at the artists discretion’.
According to Rossie, he tricked her “by drinking a bottle of cheap wine with me and doing tequila shots before I signed it and got the tattoo,” she claims. “Actually I as passed out for most of the time, and woke up to this horrible image on my back.”

I think she deserves damages. I don’t know how much it will cost to have this tattoo removed, but I don’t think 100k is enough, given the lawyer will take a third, and allowing for complications, healing, pain, suffering. What he did was intentionally malicious, it was not artistic discretion. Getting someone drunk to sign a contract, well it’s not a valid contract. He’s an asshole and I’m sure this is not the first demonstration of it. No wonder she cheated on him.
Totally valid, ask the Native Americans. Contract was a great idea.

I am understand your feelings, you think there is a girl than suffer. But, it is not the case when gender solidarity is relevant. Actually, it was a normal practice to claim a whore with specific tatoo. She cheating him with his old friend. That is malicious. Sad that his friend had not the same tatoo on his belly.

I call BS on the whole drinking thing. Drinking before getting a tattoo makes you bleed like crazy, even after the tat is finished. She doesn’t have a spec of blood on her. Serves her right for cheating.
Hopefully this lawsuit will drive away potential customers for Fitzgerald. If he was a man, he would have ditched his cheating ex and moved on with his life. Does he plan on tattooing his “long time friend” who was the other half of the cheating? Fitzgerald is a punk and deserves to pay damages. Besides, this ink looks really “sh!tty” and could be covered up by a real tattoo artist.
If anything this will give him more business. Especially with all the publicity this has gotten through FB etc.

I would have to call BULL sh** because there is no existence in Ohio of either person and no lawsuit shown in Ohio at this time. Its a funny story tho I must say. Since no face has been posted of her, him, or the best friend she cheated on with. It looks like tattoo outline ink not real tattoo ink. If it was recent as they say it would be red and have some kind of mark. Good job getting this fake story out tho in 2 days!

I like it….. it’s beautiful in it’s own way, and who knows the subject better then a husband, and this was his interpretation as an artist, it says to the world yes I’m a piece of s***, but I’m free to f*** anybody I want, because I am woman loyal to no man.
