Y Not Festival 2025 announce second wave of artists for line-up

The Futureheads, The Slow Readers Club, The Subways and more have been announced as part of the second wave of acts for Y Not Festival 2025.

The annual music bash is set to return to its home of Pikehall, Derbyshire from July 31 to August 3. This year marks the festival’s 18th anniversary. You can visit here to purchase tickets for the fest.

Other acts announced as part of the second wave of acts to perform at the music bash include the likes of Wilkinson, Fish56Octagon, Switch Presents, The Academic, Fickle Friends, The Lilacs, Callum Beattie, ARXX, October Drift, Northside, Crystal Tides, Harpy, Himalayas, The Mercians, Orchards, Pave, The Cheap Thrills, The Crooks, LunaBay, Ariel Salad, Bayboards, Raised By Owls, Aiko, Skies and The Small Fortunes Paradise Circus.

Speaking about the new additions to the bill in a press release, Nathan Harrison, Festival Manager at Y Not Festival, said: “We’re so excited to be back for our 18th edition of Y Not with such an incredible line-up. The Futureheads, The Slow Readers Club, and The Subways are fantastic additions to an already stacked bill, alongside our headliners The Prodigy, Courteeners, Madness, and The Wombats.

“Y Not has always been about bringing the best live music to Derbyshire, and this year is no exception. From massive crowd-pleasers to exciting emerging talent and some huge late night DJs, we can’t wait to welcome everyone back for another unforgettable weekend.”

The new acts follow the previously announced first acts including headliners The ProdigyCourteenersMadness and The Wombats.

Elsewhere on the line-up are Primal ScreamThe Last Dinner PartyFranz FerdinandSigridShed Sevenhard lifeAnnie MacThe K’sMaximo ParkThe Pigeon DetectivesProfessor GreenThe Hunna, Red Rum Club and more.

Last year’s edition saw the likes of Jamie TNoel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds and Kaiser Chiefs take to the stage.
