Nick Cave has extended his 2025 solo tour dates with a handful of new shows. Check out the details below.

The first run of tour dates were shared back in January, and included 13 solo shows across Europe between June and August.

Now, due to high demand, more shows have been added to the itinerary. In total, seven new shows have been booked, taking place across Italy, France, Macedonia, Germany and Luxembourg later this year.

The first of which is set for Rochefort in France, and will be held on June 25 – just days after the tour opens in Zurich and continues with a stop in Hamburg.

From there, another new show arrives on July 16, taking place at the Mantova Summer Festival in Italy, and just ahead of previously scheduled dates in Lucca, Pompei, Rome and Cannes. A third new date will be held in Skopje, Macedonia on August 22.

Finally, four new dates have been added for September, extending the tour by one month. These include two back-to-back stops at Festspielhaus in Germany (March 4 and 5), as well as two closing nights at the Philharmonie venue in Luxembourg City on September 10 and 11.

For the upcoming shows, Cave will be accompanied by Colin Greenwood, best recognised as the bassist for Radiohead.

The artist has worked with Cave numerous times before, including various solo tours. He has also joined him on the road for the shows celebrating his 2021 surprise album with Warren Ellis, ‘Carnage’, as well as his more recent tour promoting Bad Seeds album ‘Wild God’.

Last year, Greenwood opened up about his time joining the band as their bassist – a decision that was made after Martyn Casey wasn’t able to join the tour due to illness.

“It’s an awesome group of people to play music with. They’re brilliant and with ferociously loud drummers; what a team. For me, it’s a really fun thing to do because it’s not Radiohead. There are a lot of different colours in the music, so I’m having a blast,” he said.

Speaking about Cave, he added: “He’s such a great story-teller, and I really love his piano-playing. When I took the rough recordings from the new album home to listen to and heard his voice fill up my front room, I thought, ‘What a voice! He’s got the lot!’”

Last year, ’Wild God’ was given a four-star review by NME, which read: “Bad Seeds records are infamously loaded with gothic doom and gloom. Of course, this ain’t a poptastic LOLfest, and still coloured with the many shades of a life so challenging and weathered […] With a lust for life, the once-dark prince is letting the light in.”

Since then, Cave has announced that he will be sharing global stream of one of his ‘Wild God’ shows next month.
