Big Thief‘s Adrianne Lenker has announced a massive new 43-track live album – see all the details below.
Lenker took to social media to announce the album, titled ‘Live at Revolution Hall’ – it’s due for release on April 24, you can pre-save it here. The 43-track collection of songs were largely recorded across three days in June 2024.
Capturing Lenker’s performances at Portland’s Revolution Hall, the record features fan favourites, deep cuts and unreleased gems from Lenker’s prolific catalog. The live album was recorded by engineer Andrew Sarlo, who has been a longtime producer and collaborator of Lenker and Big Thief.
The album is previewed by the previously unreleased track ‘Happiness’, which you can listen to below.
Lenker wrote about the album on social media: “It captures the spirit of the era of bright future shows where I am also joined by the extraordinary [Nick Hakim], the brilliant [Josefin Runsteen] and even my magical little brother [Noah Lenker]. There are old and new songs, on stage and back stage performances, and lots of other special surprises.
“I think this piece really gives the listener a chance to experience the feeling of being at one of these shows and I couldn’t be more excited that this exists now.”

Adrianne Lenker’s last solo album came in the form of 2024’s ‘Bright Future’. In a four-star review of the album, Leo Lawton wrote for NME: “It’s been a decade since Lenker first began to make her mark with her second album ‘Hours Were The Birds’, and her direction remains unclear. However, it is precisely this dislocation which wields tremendous power on ‘Bright Future’. Much like her beatnik days on the road, this album reflects all of life’s twists and turns. It’s the perfect soundtrack to a long car journey spent staring out of the window, yearning for those you left behind.”
