Lady Gaga has responded to a fan’s meme about several albums being left off her recent Coachella 2025 headlining set – see what she had to say below.

Last weekend (April 11), Lady Gaga headlined the first night of Coachella 2025, performing a career-spanning set that included hits like ‘Judas’, ‘Poker Face’, ‘Abracadabra’, ‘Paparazzi’, ‘Alejandro’, ‘Die With A Smile’, ‘Born This Way’ and more.

However, several of her albums such as 2013’s ‘Artpop’, 2016’s ‘Joanne’, 2020’s ‘Chromatica’ and 2024’s ‘Harlequin’ were notably missing from the setlist, prompting a fan to create a new meme.

At one point during Gaga’s performance, she is seen lying aside several skeletons. A fan turned that moment into a meme on TikTok, uploading an image of Gaga laying with the skeletons, branding each of them as the forgotten records left off Coachella’s setlist.

The fan wrote in their caption: “Well Gaga doesn’t remember ‘Artpop’ and I don’t think she’ll remember ‘Harlequin’”. In response, Gaga commented on the post: “‘Harlequin’ is one of my proudest pieces of production.” See the post and Gaga’s response here.

‘Harlequin’ was released in late September last year as an accompaniment to Joker: Folie à Deux, which she co-starred in alongside Joaquin Phoenix. In March, she followed up with her latest album, ‘Mayhem’.

In a four-star review of ‘Mayhem’NME wrote: “There’s a nonchalant confidence in the way Gaga sticks to her maximalist vision without pandering to contemporary pop trends. Most ‘Mayhem’ tracks run close to or over four minutes, making them mini-epics in the TikTok era.

“Ultimately, ‘Mayhem’ feels like a great Gaga album because it’s just so much fun. At times, it’s a bit like reconnecting with an old friend who makes sense even when they seem to be chatting nonsense. Seventeen years after she broke through with ‘Just Dance’, Lady Gaga remains pop’s foremost agent of impeccably crafted chaos.”

Following Gaga’s second Coachella 2025 headlining set this weekend (April 18), she will stage her first Singapore live dates in 13 years, her landmark free gig to over a million fans at Copacabana Beach in Rio, as well as treks across North America, Europe and the UK, followed by her first Australian tour since 2014 in December.

In other news, the record has landed at Number Four in the top 10 best-selling vinyl albums of 2025 so far.
