Self Esteem has added more dates to her 2025 UK and Ireland tour, with the support acts now revealed.

The singer-songwriter – aka Rebecca Lucy Taylor – announced back in March that she’ll be heading out on the road this autumn in support of her third studio album ‘A Complicated Woman’, out now here via Polydor.

As previously shared, she’ll begin the trek in Birmingham on September 15 before heading to Edinburgh, Newcastle, Glasgow, Dublin, Manchester, Bristol and Brighton.

Due to demand for tickets, Taylor will now play a third night at Manchester Academy on September 29, Bristol Beacon on October 5 and the O2 Academy Brixton in London on October 11, with the tour wrapping with a huge homecoming gig at the Utilita Arena in Sheffield (18).

Alongside the extra dates, the ‘Focus Is Power’ artist has also revealed her tour support, with Moonchild Sanellywho previously teamed up with Taylor on ‘Big Man’ – appearing on all dates, and Nadine Shah joining from October 3 – 18 for all nights bar the Brighton show.

Tickets for the newly announced dates go on general sale at 10am this Friday (May 2) – you’ll be able to buy yours here.

The artist has said her newest album was made “for stadiums” after taking inspiration from the likes of Coldplay and Biffy Clyro. “I don’t know how the album’s going to get received, but then I’m also like, ‘I don’t give a fuck’, because I’ve made what I want to make,” she said. “I think it’s going to be a massive challenge, being a 38, 39-year-old woman putting a pop record out and getting it where it needs to go.”

In other news, Taylor recently shared that she is “desperate to diversify” as her music industry earnings have left her “depressed and stressed” since the release of ‘Prioritise Pleasure’.

Speaking to The Times, she said that in the years since the release of that record, she has deliberately tried to expand her professional opportunities, which has included taking on the starring role of Sally Bowles in a West End production of Cabaret opposite Scissor SistersJake Shears.

“The reason I get depressed and stressed about the music industry is safety – and that means money,” she said. “All I want is to no longer rely on anyone. To know that the rug cannot be pulled out from under me, the way it has been so many times.”

More recently, her live shows have found a fan in Madonna, who caught one of her five special theatrical presentations of ‘A Complicated Woman’ on the West End earlier this month and called her an “incredible artist”.
