Upon ‘Brat’ being shared, Charli saw an unprecedented surge in popularity, resulting in successful arena tours, including a co-headlining tour with Troye Sivan. She pulled double duty in performing and hosting Saturday Night Live too, where she earned praise from fans for her on-screen ability and comic timing.
This weekend Charli is up for a host of Grammy nominations including Record Of The Year for ‘Brat’.
Along with Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter and Eilish, Charli will also be performing at the event which is set to take place on February 2 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California. Trevor Noah will be returning to host the ceremony for fifth consecutive time. The Recording Academy also revealed that Noah will serve as a producer for the ceremony.
Elsewhere, Recording Academy CEO Harvey Mason Jr. confirmed that the ceremony will proceed as planned despite the destruction that has struck Los Angeles earlier in the year.
Securing 11 nominations, Beyoncé has officially become the most Grammy-nominated artist in the history of the award show. She was previously tied with her husband Jay-Z for a total of 88 nominations but following the announcement of the 67th annual Grammy Awards noms, the ‘Crazy In Love’ singer has earned a total of 99 nominations throughout her career. Back in 2023, Beyoncé broke the record for most Grammy wins of all time, with 32 trophies to her name.
Meanwhile, Triple H recently announced ‘Von Dutch’ as the theme for the 2025 WWE Royal Rumble.
