The band recently released a new four-song EP, ‘EP #2’, which followed on from their 2024 ninth album ‘Can We Please Have Fun’. In a three-star review of the latter, NME wrote: “This is easily KOL’s most promising, liberated record for over a decade but still surprisingly restrained in places. Can they have fun? Yes it appears, in places, but they could have had a whole lot more.”
Over the summer, the Followills shared the single ‘We’re Onto Something’, with guest vocals from Zach Bryan, having also contributed to his song ‘Bowery’.
