The headliners for End Of The Road 2026 have been announced, with Pulp, CMAT, Mac DeMarco all topping the bill.
Next year will mark the 20th anniversary of the festival, and see it return to the Larmer Tree Gardens site on the border of Dorset and Wiltshire between September 3 and September 6.
Today (Thursday November 20), the trio of headliners has been confirmed, and it has been shared that the act topping the bill on the opening Thursday night will be kept under wraps until the last minute.
One of the headliners who has been announced is Britpop icons Pulp, who will be making an appearance at End of the Road for the first time next year. While the group have never taken to the stage at the festival before, frontman Jarvis Cocker is a regular punter at the event, and performed a headline solo Garden Stage set in 2019.
Their slot next year comes following them sharing ‘More’ earlier this year, which was their first new album in 24 years and saw them both shortlisted for the Mercury Prize and take to the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury for a surprise performance this summer.
Jarvis Cocker and co. will be performing at End Of The Road as their only UK festival show of 2026, and this will be the second of the two shows they have planned for the country all year – the other being a one-off headline show at Manchester’s Wythenshawe Park on August 28.
Sharing the new artwork for the festival bill, Pulp shared: “An unusual poster. For an unusual festival. For an unusual performance” and described it as “a great festival.”
“Jarvis has been there many times: he’s DJ’d from a boat up a tree, presented a film programme, discovered mulled cider, slept in a caravan – all in the most beautiful outdoor setting,” the band continued. “Pulp have never performed there – but that will change next year. This will not be a typical Pulp show: it will be … unusual. Expect the unexpected. In a good way.”
Also taking the role as headliner in 2026 will be Mac DeMarco, who is returning to End Of The Road for the first time in nearly a decade. He last topped the bill back in 2017, when he performed an electric set that ended with him crowd surfing all the way from the Woods Stage to the Big Top to join Pond on stage.
The slot comes in celebration of his new, stripped-back album ‘Guitar’, and will see him perform a set of new and older tracks as his only UK festival show of 2026.
Finally, the third headliner confirmed today is Irish pop star CMAT, who dropped her critically acclaimed new album ‘EURO-COUNTRY’ earlier this year and has recently ascended to headliner status. She performed at the festival for the first time back in 2021, and made an unforgettable appearance in 2024 too, when she broke out a dramatic cover of the Kate Bush classic ‘Wuthering Heights’.

Her upcoming slot follows her going viral for the single ‘Take A Sexy Picture Of Me’ and taking to Glasto’s Pyramid Stage this summer for a rowdy, crowd-pleasing performance.
More artists set to perform at End Of The Road 2026 will be shared at a later date.
The 2025 edition featured performances from Father John Misty, Caribou, Self Esteem, Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory, The National frontman Matt Berninger, Viagra Boys, Katy J Pearson, Man/Woman/Chainsaw, Jasmine 4.t, and more.
