‘Celestial Seed?’ MGK clears up confusion over name of his and Megan Fox’s baby 

MGK has clarified some confusion over the name of the baby he had with Megan Fox.

The rapper – who was formerly known as Machine Gun Kelly – recently took to social media to confirm that he and actor Megan Fox have welcomed their first child together. Posting online, he shared a video of himself holding his newborn daughter’s hand.

Along with the clip, he shared the caption: “She’s finally here!! Our little celestial seed. 3/27/25.”

However, it seems that the post caused some confusion with fans, with many going on to believe that “celestial seed” was the name that MGK and Fox chose for the baby.

Now, after some people online wrote that the newborn was called ‘Celestial Seed’, MGK has taken to Instagram to clear some things up.

“Wait guys… her name isn’t ‘Celestial Seed’,” he wrote on his Stories along with the crying laughing emoji. “Her mom is gonna tell you the name when we’re ready.”

The newborn is MGK’s first child with Megan Fox, although each of them has children from past relationships. The rapper has a 15-year-old daughter named Casie Colson Baker, whom he shares with his ex Emma Cannon.

For Fox, she has three children with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green: Noah (12), Bodhi (11), and Journey (8).

Fox and Kelly began dating in 2020 and separated in November last year, after getting engaged and announcing that they would be having a child together.

Over the weekend, it was confirmed that Machine Gun Kelly and Blink-182‘s Travis Barker wrote a musical score for the recent birth of the new baby daughter.

Before then, Kelly included lyrics about his and Fox’s relationship in his song ‘Don’t Let Me Go’ last year, where he also spoke about the loss of a previous pregnancy and his mental health.

Then, in 2023, Fox released a poetry book titled Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, which discussed themes of toxic relationships and abuse. While promoting the book, she revealed that she has been in abusive relationships with “very famous people” that “no one knows” about.
