Glastonbury 2025 is set to feature “an artistic tribute” to late Prodigy star Keith Flint at Carhenge.

The art sculpture makes its return for the third year running in the William’s Green area after it made its debut in 2023. It is made by revolutionary underground artist Joe Rush, who is also the founder of the Mutoid Waste Company, and the “builder of rock’n’roll environments”. The design – which is named after Stonehenge – was developed out of 24 mutated vintage cars and will be displayed in the middle of the festival.

Amongst the highlights of this year’s event will be a tribute to Flint who died by suicide on March 4, 2019. He was 49 years-old.

The remaining members of The Prodigy will also be headlining The Other Stage on the closing night (June 29) of the Worthy Farm bash.

Throughout the festival an eclectic line-up of street musicians, ranking DJ’s, hardcore garage punk band and carnival drummers will also be performing at Carhenge including Finnish garage rock rebels US, fresh from their tour with Electric Six, one-man blues-grunge-rock dynamo, Cam Cole and the Notting Hill Carnival collective.

Glastonbury returns to Worthy Farm in Somerset between June 25 and 29, ahead of a fallow year in 2026Tickets initally sold out last November, with the official resales then taking place in April.

The 1975, Neil Young  and Olivia Rodrigo will headline this year’s event while Rod Stewart will be taking on the coveted Legend Slot on the Pyramid Stage on Sunday afternoon.

Elsewhere, The Prodigy honoured Flint during their Coachella 2025 set last month.

During the show, which was their third at the festival, the band beamed a laser outline of the late singer on stage that moved in time to their 1996 hit single ‘Firestarter’, with snippets of his vocals. They did a similar thing at last year’s Reading and Leeds Festival.
