Tickets for next year’s Mighty Hoopla festival went on sale today – with over 35,000 being sold in just 30 minutes.

The two-day event will be held at London’s Brockwell Park on May 30 and 31 next year. The first wave of names on the line-up was shared yesterday (Monday November 10) – with Lily Allen and Scissor Sisters announced as headliners.

Others joining them on the bill include Jessie J, Five, JLS, Todrick Hall, Agnes, Alexandra Burke, Louise, Cascada, Estelle, Heather Small, Tulisa, The Wanted 2.0, and Liberty X.

Now, after tickets went on sale this morning (Tuesday November 11), organisers have confirmed that 35,000 tickets were sold in the first half hour of going on sale.

“We’ve been completely blown away by the response to Mighty Hoopla 2026,” said co-founders Glyn Fussell and Jamie Tagg. “It’s like nothing we’ve ever seen before this far out from the festival.

“This is only a third of the line-up and we still have over 100 artists to be announced across both days. We can’t wait to share them all with our amazing Hoopla audience.”

At time of writing, there are a limited number of Sunday-only tickets still available, and you can visit here to buy any remaining.

The first night of Mighty Hoopla 2026 will see Lily Allen headline, and comes on the heels of her dropping ‘West End Girl’ – her first album since 2018’s ‘No Shame’. The album, which took a deep look into her split from Stranger Things star David Harbour, instantly became a fan favourite and was given a glowing four-star review from NME.

It also comes after the singer and actor added extra shows to her 2026 UK headline tour due to huge demand. Those dates will also see her play the new album in full at theatres around the country.

With such high demand for Mighty Hoopla tickets, fans have been quick to share their experience of trying to get in, with many highlighting the long queues.

“Saturday Mighty Hoopla sold out so quick. Lily Allen really has the public gagged,” one person quipped on X/Twitter, while another added: “Sat in the mighty hoopla ticket queue knowing this is gonna make or break summer 2026.”

“Don’t get me wrong, I love Lily Allen and she’s the whole reason why I want to go… but she is absolutely ruining my chance of getting Mighty Hoopla tickets this year- What is this queue, it’s never like this!?,” another person added, while someone else chimed in: “People in this mighty hoopla queue name one song from ‘No Shame’ quickly”.

Mighty Hoopla also warned fans about the waiting times to get tickets 15 minutes after tickets went on sale, sharing: “Due to overwhelming demand, the queue may be taking a little longer to get through. Please stay patient and wait in the queue!”

As well as the artists listed above, the 2026 edition of Mighty Hoopla will also see the return of The Bump, which welcomes a host of DJs and live performers, and will see sets from Trixie Mattel and Horse Meat Disco.

Also returning is Queertopia, a “specially crafted stage showcasing the best up and coming names within the queer space”. Next year it will see appearances from Empress Of and Mykki Blanco. More names for Mighty Hoopla 2026 will be shared at a later date.

Scissor Sisters’ singer Jake Shears will be appearing at the festival for the second year in a row when he headlines with the band in 2026. Earlier this summer, he made a surprise appearance during Kesha’s set – joining her to perform ‘We R Who We R’ and ‘Let’s Have A Kiki’.

Other performers this summer included Ciara, who was a headliner alongside Kesha, as well as  Kate Nash, Pixie Lott, Loreen, Vengaboys, Mutya, Jamelia, Jojo, Erika Jayne, G Flip, and Daniel Bedingfield.

Just weeks before things kicked off this summer, the festival came under threat when a member of the Protect Brockwell Park group, took legal action against Lambeth Council regarding the event. They argued that organisers, Brockwell Live, did not have the required planning permission for the event and, while a judge later ruled in their favour, Mighty Hoopla went ahead as planned.
