My Chemical Romance have announced a massive Mexico concert for 2026 – see all the ticketing details below.

The iconic emo band took to social media last night (May 19) to announce a singular ‘The Black Parade – Alive!’ concert in Mexico City, set to take place on February 13. The concert will see them perform at the Estadio GNP Seguros, which holds an estimate of 65,000 people.

Supporting acts for the Mexico show have yet to be announced. Pre-sale tickets go on sale on Thursday (May 22) at 2pm local time, with general tickets going live on Saturday (May 24) at 2pm as well – you can get tickets here.

It is currently unclear if the band will be adding more Mexico dates in the future. It is currently their only performance planned for 2026.

Last November, Gerard Way and co announced plans to hit the road again as part of a “Long Live The Black Parade” US tour. The dates come in celebration of their 2006 album ‘The Black Parade’, and soon made headlines when they completely sold out within hours of going on sale.

The band’s diverse array of support acts for their 2025 US stadium tour then got people talking and drew a polarised reaction online. Each show will feature a different hand-selected artist as opening support – Violent Femmes100 Gecs, Wallows, Garbage, Death Cab for Cutie and Thursday, Alice Cooper, Pixies, Devo, IDLES and Evanescence.

The tour will kick off in July and conclude in September, and will include shows in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Toronto, Chicago, Boston and more.

Prior to the tour’s kickoff, My Chemical Romance are due to release a deluxe edition of their classic ‘Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge’ album to celebrate its 21st anniversary. It is set for release on June 6 – 21 years to the day since it was first shared. Pre-order it here.

Alongside the original tracklisting, the collection will also feature four bonus tracks. These were all recorded back in 2005 for the BBC, and include previously unreleased live versions of ‘I’m Not Okay (I Promise)’, ‘Helena’, and ‘The Ghost Of You’.

At the end of 2024, the band shared a tribute to their former bandmate Bob Bryar, who was found dead in his home at age 44. “It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to Bob Bryar, our former bandmate and an important part of the history of My Chemical Romance,” they wrote. “We send our deepest condolences to his friends and family at this time. May he rest in peace.”

Bryar was My Chemical Romance’s longest-tenured drummer, performing with the band from 2004 until his departure in 2010.
