taeyeon girls generation invu interview feels like home

SM Entertainment and Taeyeon have announced a new compilation album, ‘Panorama: The Best of Taeyeon’ – find out more below.

The album was announced today (November 17) via her official social media accounts. Per SM Entertainment, the compilation is set for release on December 1. It will consist of 24 tracks, including the all-new title track ‘Panorama’.

The remaining tracks will be newly mixed versions for some of her most iconic solo tracks, as well as a special live recording that will only be available via CD. You can pre-order a physical copy here.

The singer has been focusing on a solo career since 2015, roughly eight years after she debuted as the leader and lead vocalist of Girl’s Generation. Since going solo, she has released three full-length studio albums and six mini-albums.

Her last album was 2022’s ‘INVU’, which scored a glowing five-star review from Tanu I. Raj for NME: “Here, there is an ease and comfort to how she emotes, even when she is hitting her classic high-notes. She seems entirely comfortable in what she is doing, even when is vacillating between genres…

“The story on this particular one might have been heartbreaking and soul-crushing, but there certainly will be another chapter – hopefully, a brighter, more loving one. Till then, we’ll all nurse our bitter hearts and envy the ones who have it all.”
